Do you feel overwhelmed? Exhausted? Burnt out? Is your “to-do” list never ending? Don’t know where to start? Are you stuck?

You are not alone. Start with some simple steps to get unstuck:
Stop for just a moment. Take a deep breath and slowly let it out. Acknowledge how you feel. It’s okay. You are totally normal.
Decide what is important to you at this moment. What is most urgently pressing, not what you think is supposed to be important. List no more than 3.
Ignore what does not matter at this moment. It can wait, perhaps on a separate list.
Decide what is one baby step you can take towards each of your most important tasks. If that still feels too overwhelming, break it down even further. Maybe decide to work on it for only 10 minutes. It helps to move toward your goal, even in micro steps. Just to get started is a win.
Celebrate every success! Even if it feels silly to celebrate a baby step, at least you are further ahead than you were! Focus on what you have accomplished and don’t worry about the rest. It will come.
Aim for progress not perfection. Remember, baby steps in the right direction is the right direction!
Give yourself a break. You are valuable just as you are. You are not what you do. It’s okay to be moving at a turtle’s pace. It still counts.
